Megan Rutt has over 18 years of experience with roles in high yield origination, credit derivatives trading desk credit analysis and positioning across industries and capital structures, and proprietary trading book. She has worked for JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank.

Olivier Uyttenhove has over 30 years experience as a derivatives expert developing and delivering bespoke financial risk management solutions to corporates, public entities, and financial institutions. He has worked at Sumitomo Bank, Commerzbank, and Lloyds Bank.
